E+G GN 2494 stainless steel cam roller carriages can be combined with stainless steel cam roller linear guide rails E+G GN 2492, to assemble linear guide rail systems.
The roller carriage is an assembly of 3 pcs. E+G GN 2496 compact rollers, with a baseplate for mounting. By using the roller carriage, assembling a linear rail system is significantly simplified.
Furthermore it eliminates the need for making a custom mounting plate.

These space-saving units are used, for example, in the machine and jigs building industry, in transportation and building services equipment for supporting sliding doors, or to enable the linear movement of production and plant equipment.

The materials can also be used in particularly aggressive environments that can be found, for example, in the chemical, pharmaceutical, medical or food processing industries.

Linear guide rail systems are generally installed in pairs, with a horizontal alignment, either vertically (as shown in datasheet) or perpendicularly.

During assembly, please take note of the small bores which indicate the load bearing side of the cam roller carriages.

E+G GN 2498 wipers fitted to the guide rails on both ends of the cam roller carriages prevent dirt built-up (can be ordered separately).

The open-end wrench E+G GN 2424.1, needed for assembly is included in the delivery(can be ordered separately).
